Research Laboratory of Vacuum Acquisition Technology for Secondary Refining Equipment is a dedicated research and test base in this field. As Special equipment for secondary refining, the advanced mechanical vacuum pumping system is equipped with developed vacuum parts and PLC automatic control system, and applies modularized and standardized design that is highly reliable. It works in the vacuum degree of 67Pa (0.5 Torr) ~20kPa, such as molten steel dehydrogenation, degasification, vacuum remelting, refining furnace, precision investment casting and other domains.
With features like high degree of vacuum, low energy consumption, highly universal parts, good maintainability and low cost of parts maintenance, the system can achieve instant startup and stop, short warmup time, easy and flexible operation, good continuity of production, adjustable suction capacity, no pollution and no greenhouse gas emission.
The Environmental Technology R&D Base
The Environmental Technology R&D Base mainly undertakes the testing of 3 kinds of products, dedusting, desulfurization and deNOx, namely ESP, fabric filter, electrostatic bag filter, dust pre-charge & coagulation device, semi dry FGD equipment, wet FGD equipment, deNOx equipment, complete electrical control etc. Main test equipment includes ESP universal electrode match test bed, ESP collecting electrode current density test bed, full auto airflow distribution test bed, insulation property test bed, valve explosion relief test bed, pre-charge & coagulation test bed and water spray & desulfurization test bed.
The State Key Laboratory of Metal Extrusion and Forging Equipment and Technology
The state key laboratory of metal extrusion and forging equipment and technology was established in 2007, approved by Ministry of Science and Technology, which is one of the earliest approved 36 enterprises' state key laboratories in China. As an application and basic research base of ferrous and non-ferrous materials plastic forming equipment and technology, it is an important platform for training of excellent technical talent, carrying out scientific and technical communication, developing common key technology in national technological innovation field.
