Recently, Sino-heavymach supplied a complete set of #3 300t RH refining furnace to Shougang Jingtang United Iron&Steel Co., Ltd. (Shougang Jingtang for short), and its hot test went successfully at first time. The composition and temperature of refining liquid steel is reached up to the design standard accurately, and all parameters of whole equipment could meet the process requirements.
This project is a key project of Shougang Jingtang for upgrading its product structure, also a major project of Sino-heavymach with great attention and concentration. Since started from September 21st 2022, lasted for 14 months till now, Sino-heavymach constructed a refining industry featuring with Three Quick, Three Strengths, Three Smarts from his great advance experiences at home and abroad. This equipment is also became the first dual-car single-station RH process line inside Shougang Group. Some cutting-edge technologies were applied to this project, such as the vacuum pump system with domestic maximum pumping capacity and intellectual one-click refining control system, etc. It has many prominent strengths like quick production pace, low steam consumption, high-level intellectualization, and so forth, and these innovative technologies have led the development direction of RH refining technology in the global.
During execution and implementation phase, Sino-heavymach’s project team made an overall plan and sophisticated management, overcame difficulties of tight time schedule, heavy design workload, shortage in human resource, and the like, and by using automation control technologies of modularization, standardization, and digital simulation to shortened the commissioning period and improved control stability greatly, ensuring the project could operate and run efficiently and stably. With strong support of Shougang Jingtang, through scientific planning and organization, the project team member successfully completed the commissioning for each system no more than 20 days, fulfilling Sino-heavymach’s Customer-centric Principle, and reflecting the spirit and responsibility of Keeping fighting, Moving forward, and Cooperative striving of Sino-heavymach’s experts and specialists.
The successful hot test of this project has been received a lot affirmations and appraisals from Shougang Jingtang Steel-making Department, and awarded “Excellency in Design” to Sino-heavymach. The successful operation and running has also laid a solid foundation from technologies and equipment support for upgrading its product structure and high-quality development of Shougang Jingtan. Moreover, this project has created a new chapter for Sino-heavymach in the field of RH “One-click Steel-making”, and brought great strategic significance for promoting the intelligent steel-making of Sino-heavymach.
