Recently, the Department of Secondary Refining Technology of Sino-heavymach supplied a complete set of VOD to Fujian Tsingtuo Industrial Co.,Ltd. (Fujian Tsingtuo for short).

Since signing the contract, the Department of Secondary Refining Technology and the Department of Electrical Instrumentation & Control Equipment joined hands and tackled key problems. They examined the design of big lid-carrying car, controlled long pump-line pressure loss, and the successful operation of this VOD, which won the user’s praise.

This VOD is a significant equipment of the Fujian Tsingtuo 400 series stainless steel production system with the annual capacity of 900,000 ton. Since the operation of this equipment, it has been running stable with good performance indicators. The VOD matches 304, 304L, 302, 321H, 410, and 430 grade of steel with qualified steel liquid, creating good social and economic benefits for Fujian Tsingtuo.
