XHET (Xi'an Heavy Equipment & Technology Co., Ltd.), fully-owned subsidiary company of Sino-heavymach has successfully signed the EPS Contract of the complete set of equipment for Indonesia 1780mm Hot Strip Mill project including all mechanical, fluid and E&A (electrical and automation) systems of the Mill.
The 1780mm HSM project is a brand-new Hot Strip Rolling Production Line jointly invested by Tsingshan Group (No.1 biggest stainless steel player in the world) and Delong Group (28 Million tons capacity each year, Ranking 12th Globally) in Tsingshan Industrial Park (IMIP), located in Morowali County, Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. It is intended to build-up a 1780mm hot strip mill production line with 4.5 MTPA capacity, including 1 MTPA for stainless steel coils, and 3.5 MTPA for carbon steel coils productions.
This 1780mm Hot Strip Mill project is a significant production line for overseas metallurgical market, which is contracted and signed successfully by XHET. It is also another large scale iron and steel project contracted by XHET in Southeast Asia after several slab continuous casting machines in Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia. This project is character with practicability and reliability in the equipment configuration, and its technological process and technical equipment could achieve to the advanced level in the worldwide and first class in domestic, and its product quality and performance will reach to the domestic top brand secured by the machinery and equipment manufactured and supplied according to the requirements of national and international standards.
The signing of this Contract fully reflects Tsingshan Group and Delong Group's recognition of the technical strength and customer -centred concept adhered by XHET Team in the field of hot strip rolling for years.
