On October 15th, the hot trial of φ90-180mm 7-roll steel bar straightener for Pan Steel Jiangyou Changcheng Special Steel Co.,Ltd. (Changcheng Special Steel for short) ran successfully on its first trail, which was supplied by Sino-heavymach and assisted by Chengdu Engineering Co.,Ltd.

The straightener implements the mature compound roll straightening process, in which the roll-gap adjustment, straightening roll, and dynamic straightening control with constant pressure are patents of Sino-heavymach. This equipment also features simple operation, high efficiency, and great maintainability.

Till now, Sino-heavymach has supplied more than 80 sets of bar straightener, covering φ10㎜-260㎜, which includes two-roll, seven-roll, and ten-roll steel bar straightener. The accuracy of two-roll straightener reaches 0.5mm/m, the seven-roll straightener reaches 1mm/m, and the ten-roll straightener reaches 0.8mm/m.
