Recently, Sino-heavymach has designed and provided a new No.3 LF for Jianlong Beiman Special Co., Ltd. (Jianlong Beiman for short), and its loaded test has been a complete success.

The No.3 LF is the key technical transformation project of Jianlong Beiman. In the commissioning stage, well-ordered arrangements makes a smooth commissioning of auxiliary equipment. Before the hot test, everything goes well without a hitch, from high voltage transmission, no-load test, insulation test, and three-phase equilibrium commissioning to the striking test. On the same day after the striking test, the loaded test ran successfully. The equipment after the test are in a stable status, basically meeting the requirements of constant production.   

This LF improves the molten steel purity of billet and the inner quality of billet,thus a LF production balance is created, which guarantees the high-speed wire rod production.
