On April 15th, the Vanadium color coating line jointly built by Sino-heavymach and its Chengdu Branch for Pansteel got successful in trial run test. It is the first time for Sino-heavymach to supply the whole line equipment for the Cold Rolling Factory of Panzhihua Steel & Vanadium Co.Ltd. for Pansteel Group. The commissioning of this V color coating line has expanded our influence on color coating industry in China's southwest region and added a new achievement on Pansteel reference list.
This line adopts the typical process of two-drying and two-coating, the three-roll front painting technology, the hot air indirect drying process, the high-temperature exhaust gas burning and the residual heat utilization technology, while improving the product quality, reduces the energy consumption and eliminates the exhaust pollution. The products are the color coated board mainly used for home appliances and high-end buildings, sold to China southwest area and Southeast Asian countries.
