COKING
Shaanxi Metallurgical Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SINO-HEAVYMACH, started to undertake coking engineering design since the end of 1980s, accomplished hundreds of coking projects over 20 years.
SINTERING & PELLETIZING
During the 1960`s to 1970`s, 15~130 m2 sized sintering plant was successfully developed and extensively used in iron and
steel industry.
In the late 1980`s, SINO-HEAVYMACH attended the joint-design of the four major machines of 450㎡ sintering installation for
Phase Two project of Baosteel, undertook ten key technical tasks and designed 21 non-standard units.
In the 1990`s, SINO-HEAVYMACH undertook the task to design primary and secondary mixers and other equipment for Phase
Two sintering project in Baosteel, and provided Ma`anshan Steel with 300㎡ sintering installation of total weight coming to
11,000 tons. Meanwhile, SINO-HEAVYMACH carried out a series of study upon the auxiliaries, such as circular and belt
cooling machines, hot and cold ore vibration screens, hot and cold ore crushers, feed machines, samplers and multi-point
engagement drives and made fruitful achievements.
