(Sino-heavymach for short) stood out in a highly competitive bidding process and successfully won the contract for the φ180mm high-end steel pipe intelligent threading production line for a key steel pipe enterprise in Shaanxi. This successful bid not only represents an authoritative recognition of the comprehensive strength of Sino-heavymach, but also further consolidates our leading position in technology and market influence in the field of high-end oil and gas steel pipe finishing and deep processing equipment.
This awarded steel pipe intelligent threading production line is a critical equipment in the Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) processing sector, which requests the extremely rigorous standards to the precision, efficiency, stability, and automation level of equipment. Sino-heavymach’s overall solution has deeply integrated with the technical accumulation gained over many years in the fields of heavy machinery and automation control. The core highlights lie in the adoption of self-developed high-precision servo control technology and intelligent online detection system, which enable the efficient and stable processing of special threads, significantly enhancing the quality of thread processing, and meeting the stringent requirements for the pipe material connections under the extreme working conditions, such as deep-sea drilling, ultra-deep well, and shale gas extraction.
This production line will incorporate the latest intelligent technologies from Sino-heavymach. By leveraging advanced industrial software and digital twin technology, it will establish a fully unmanned and smart production mode covering the entire process from pipe billet loading, threading, and online inspection to marking and stacking, so as to realize a seamless, intelligent manufacturing ecosystem. As a result, it achieves a double leap in both production efficiency and quality control.
