(Sino-heavymach for short) contracted several major projects with Jingye Group, reaching a “Triumphant Opening” in practical achievement and performance, and sounding the first resounding note of the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan development.

Sino-heavymach Wins Bid for Slab Caster Revamping Project of Jingye Group’s Second Steelmaking Division

Striving in the first quarter, aiming for a strong start. Recently, Sino-heavymach successfully won the bid for the slab caster revamp project of Jingye Group’s Second Steelmaking Division, marking another fruitful chapter in our deepening cooperation.

Adhering to the green and low-carbon design concept, this project leverages an intelligent integrated system, and incorporates cutting-edge technologies such as high-precision liquid level control, online hot width adjustment of the mould, robotic automatic steel pouring, digital twin, and intellectualized operation and maintenance platform. These innovations will enable the smart production of continuous casting, providing Jingye Group with a high-end production line for premium pipeline steel, automotive steel, low-alloy steel, and high-strength steel, and so forth.

Since the first collaboration in 2016, this marks the fourth successful partnership between Sino-heavymach and Jingye Group in the field of slab caster. The project not only reflects Jingye Group’s sustained trust in Sino-heavymach’s profound technical expertise, but also further solidifies Sino-heavymach’s leading position in the high-end continuous casting equipment sector. Sino-heavymach has been firmly committed to innovating continuous casting equipment technology, with recent breakthroughs including trouble-free mould expert system, ultra-long service life dry-type cooling roll of segments, and high-precision large reduction for extra-thick slab casters, all of which have matured to provide robust equipment and technical support for high-quality steel production.

Sino-heavymach Wins Bid for RH Refining Furnace Project of Jingye Group Huaxi Special Steel Steelmaking Plant.

New Year brings good news, and the time for striving forward is now. Recently, Sino-heavymach successfully contracted the EPC project of 210t RH vacuum refining furnace for Hebei Huaxi Special Steel Co., Ltd. (Huaxi Special Steel for short) of Jingye Group, signaling a new height in our strategic cooperation.

The core part of this project adopts the “Three-car Five-position” RH vacuum refining process and dry-type mechanical pump technology, which significantly enhances the cleanliness of liquid steel and production efficiency, while offering energy-saving and emission-reducing environmental advantages. Upon completion, it will boost Huaxi Special Steel optimize its product structure and expand into the high-end special steel market. As a key subsidiary of Jingye Group, this collaboration also highlights Jingye Group’s strategic determination and industry influence in pursuing green and high-end development.

Sino-heavymach has dedicated to the R&D of large-tonnage RH refining equipment, and accumulated the profound technical knowledge. Relying on years of technical breakthroughs and engineering practice, it has continuously driven the iterative upgrading of core technologies for intelligent steelmaking and vacuum secondary refining, as well as the optimization and innovation of equipment in recent years, and has rewarded numerous engineering accomplishments.
