The METAL & STEEL MIDDLE EAST 2025 grandly opened at the Egypt International Exhibition Center from September 6 to 8 (local time). As North Africa’s most influential metallurgy industry event, this year’s exhibition brought together over 300 leading global companies from 23 countries. The China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd. (Sino-heavymach for short) delegation, comprising teams from Steelmaking Division, Strip Rolling Division, Forging & Extrusion Division, Tube/Bar/Section Divison, Marketing Department, and Xi’an Heavy Equipment & Technology Co.,Ltd.(wholly subsidiary of Sino-heavymach), showcased a range of core metallurgical technologies, advanced equipment, and integrated solutions at the Exhibition. Mr. Zhao Xiaohui, Deputy Managing Director of Sino-heavymach attended this Exhibition.

During the Exhibition, Sino-heavymach set up a bilingual exhibition booth (English-Arabic), well-prepared the brochures and technological case videos in Arabic language covering the complete metallurgical process. The display demonstrated comprehensively the technological strengths of core achievements and exemplary equipment, including the high-end eco-friendly steelmaking technologies and equipment, the high-quality automated pipe and bar production lines, the high-precision intelligent hot/cold rolling mills, and high-strength digital forging and extrusion equipment. These innovative solutions successfully have attracted the metallurgical industry representatives from over ten countries, like Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, facilitating valuable technical exchanges. At the exhibition, our experts/specialists provided one-on-one technical consultancies, delivering customized solutions tailored to clients' specific needs. Many companies expressed strong interest in further technical discussions and potential cooperation, marking promising prospects for future collaboration.
