High Efficiency Cold Rolling Digital Intelligent Production of High-end High Performance Strip Steel with, Key Core Technology Research and Industrialization 

  There are a series of bottleneck problems in unsteady state thickness control, high-precision plate shape control, surface quality detection and control, rolling process and equipment stability control of high-end high performance strip steel cold rolling. By cooperating and researching with the joint project company, Sino-heavymach has created the digital twin model of thickness and tension and the theoretical model of variable proportion convexity plate shape in the cold rolling process. Sino-heavymach researched and developed the systematic control rolling transfer printing process method and production technology, and packaged technology for evaluation of status of key components and unit running status of rolling mill. The precision of thickness and shape of cold-rolled strip is effectively improved, and the surface quality of high-end cold-rolled strip is greatly improved. 

  The appraisal committee states that: the project of "Key Core Technology Research and Industrialization of High Efficiency Cold Rolling of High-end High Performance Strip Steel Digital Intelligent Production " researched and developed by Sino-heavymach is technically difficult and innovative. The series of innovative technologies developed have solved a series of key technical problems such as thickness and plate shape coordination optimization, high-precision control of plate shape, high-speed and stable rolling of thin and hard strip. The independent research and development, manufacturing and supporting capacity of cold rolling in China are improved, and the cost of purchasing, operation and maintenance and upgrading is greatly reduced. The results of the project have been successfully promoted and applied to many large enterprises in China, the economic and social benefits are significant. The technology has reached the international leading level. 

 

   

Intelligent Ladle Refining Furnace (LF), Development and Application of Key Technology of One-key Refining 

  The production environment of liquid steel refining is harsh, and the demand for high automation and unmanned operation is particularly urgent. To solve the problem of intelligent ladle refining furnace one-key refining technical problem, after continuous technology innovation, Sino-heavymach broke through the whole process refining technological bottlenecks from 1500℃ high temperature molten steel entering the station, automatic lifting the ladle lid, robot temperature measurement, heating up, precise feeding and other processing, cover the ladle lid, exiting the station, etc. The one-key refining metallurgical process parameter prediction model of ladle refining furnace is established. Automated cover/lift the ladle lid and high temperature liquid level real-time online detection technology, integrating real-time temperature prediction and one-key refining tapping temperature control technology of ladle refining furnace and electrode intelligent adjustment system is researched and developed. Accurate acquisition and control of characteristic information of liquid steel refining under the condition of high temperature, and argon blowing closed-loop control and precise smelting control in refining furnace is realized, effectively improving product quality and production efficiency. 

  The appraisal committee states that: "intelligent ladle refining Furnace (LF) one key refining technology development and application" project has realized the whole process of automatic refining without intervention. Robot operation is adopted in the smelting process, which improves production efficiency and effectively reduces the operation risk and manual labor intensity. The successful development of the project has established a model for intelligent refining production in China and has a profound impact on the development of ultra-pure molten steel production technology. The project results have been successfully applied in Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Yinshan Steel Co., Ltd. with significant economic and social benefits. The technology has reached the international advanced level.
