The 600mm Copper Strip Four High Reversible Middle Finishing Mill Group Project of Guangzhou Copper Material Plant

  The complete set of φ230/φ600 × 600mm copper strip four high reversible middle finishing mill of Guangzhou Copper Material Co., Ltd. undertaken by Sino-heavymach successfully passed hot test on December 28th at one time. Compared with conventional rolling mill, the rolling force and roll-bending force of the unit are increased by 25% and 80% respectively. At the same time, the new technologies such as long-distance intelligent human-machine interaction platform, high precision copper strip rolling thickness control system, high efficient oil removal system for full oil rolling layered, grid fumes exhaust design and modular design for unit safety isolation are applied. Based on the above new technologies, the upper limit of the incoming material thickness is increased by 33% compared with the conventional thickness under the premise of the same specifications, quality and capacity of the finished product, which further improves the plant's process flow adaptability and production efficiency. 

  It is the first time that the advanced remote intelligent human-computer interaction platform is applied in the rolling mill by Sino-heavymach in this project. Through the high-speed remote-control platform built by advanced technologies such as IBA high-frequency data collection, industrial VPN, remote desktop and 5G communication, the space barrier due to Xi'an’s epidemic control was broken through. The electrical engineer of Sino-heavymach successfully carried out the AGC thick control commissioning of data acquisition frequency as high as 1000 Hz at his home in Xi'an which is 1600 km away from the site, thus ensuring the success of hot test at one-time.
