　　Recently, the 2-Strand (210/230)mm×(900～1300)mm Continuous Slab Caster for Shanxi Jingang Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Industrial Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Jingang"), undertaken by Sino-heavymach has successfully passed the one-time hot test run. The equipment operates stably, the product quality is good, and the system meets the design and process requirements.  

　　The successfully operation of this project not only is a breakthrough for Sino-heavymach to achieve stable production with high casting speed of 1.9 m/min on the continuous casting machine of this specification, but also enables the client to develop the market of slab products in the ecological chain of Iron and Steel Industry.　　  

　　Since the signing of the contract, senior management of Sino-heavymach have led the team to Jingang for several times to fully communicate with Jingang for design, supply, erection & commissioning, thinking for clients, alleviating their worries, encouraging the team members to overcome difficulties, carefully organize and realize the successful commissioning of the equipment as soon as possible. The mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and civil engineering groups of Sino-heavymach coordinated and cooperated well with each other to achieve the goals.　　  

　　The team members have overcome the adverse effects of the COVID-19 and completed the equipment design, civil engineering data, component procurement, manufacture tracking and other tasks on schedule to facilitate the project implementation.　　  

　　Presently, the equipment is operating stably and all performance indexes are good, which has created great economic and social benefits for Jingang Group, and has been highly approved by Jingang.
