On December 31, a complete set of 850mm Stainless Steel Precision Strip 20-High Cold Rolling Mill for Fuan Tsingtuo Cold Rolling Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tsingtuo Cold Rolling Technology") undertaken by Sino-heavymach, has a successful test run. The first stainless steel roll is a qualified product, the cold rolling mill performance and product quality has been widely accepted and highly praised by client, all participating units and engineers on site.
This 850mm Stainless Steel Precision Strip 20-High Cold Rolling Mill is mainly used for product high precision ultra-thin stainless steel strips, the maximum speed of this unit is 600m/min, the thinnest finished product thickness is 0.07mm. This unit adopts an integral high rigidity housing, full line AC variable frequency drive control technology and fully distributed network composed of new digital systems and other independent core key technologies. The automatic thickness control system integrates pre-control, monitoring, advanced second flow, eccentricity compensation and rolling efficiency compensation to achieve the accurate thickness control of extremely thin strip. It also applies a number of innovative technologies, such as online crown adjustment, pre-setting for the horizontal movement of a middle roller and online automatic traverse and other comprehensive shape control functions, efficient oil removing of ultra-thin strip full oil rolling, high rigidity coiling shaft head support and etc.
The successful operating of this project further expanded the impact of Sino-heavymach on the field of high-precision stainless steel plate and strip rolling, promoted the advancement of Tsingtuo Group to the stainless steel deep processing field, as well as laying a solid foundation for the further cooperation between Sino-heavymach and Tsingtuo Group.
