The Extrusion Press Main Machine of project “6300T Extrusion Press and Matching Induction Heating System” of Baoji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Baoti Group”) undertaken by Sino-heavymach successfully finished acceptance on September 26.
The 6300T extrusion press and its corresponding induction heating system is the largest titanium alloy extrusion production line in our country at present, which can fill in the blank of the extrusion equipment and technology of titanium alloy large diameter tubes and large section profiles, achieving the independent production of titanium alloy large diameter tubes and large section profiles, promoting the rapid development of aerospace, marine engineering, shipbuilding and other industries in our country, having great economic and social benefits.
Since the signing of the contract, Sino-heavymach has attached great importance to the project, overcame the difficulties brought by the COVID-19 as well as a number of technical difficulties, organized the project team to carefully design and research , and completed the project design work on schedule.
In the meantime, interior cooperation with the China National Erzhong Group Co., Ltd. which undertook the processing of the main machine of the 6300T extrusion press was strengthened. During the manufacturing process, Sino-heavymach gave strong support from the aspects of capital allocation, quality assurance, time coordination and so on to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
