Recently, a complete set of 250B full-automatic bars peeling machine (BPM250B for short) for Fushun Special Steel Shares Co.,Ltd. (Fushun Special Steel for short) supplied by Sino-heavymach has been successfully commissioned and put into operation, symbolizing a breakthrough of the first set of made-in-China and high-performance round steel BPM.
BPM is a high-efficient, complicated, and high-precision cutting equipment, but in China, many plants have imported BPM until Sino-heavymach has researched and developed its own BPM.
Based on this project, Sino-heavymach has made breakthroughs in process control, key structure principle, precise processing and assembling, etc. and developed ultra high-speed combined sealing mechanism, precise heavy-loaded cutting drive system, high-precise on-line joint commission, combined whirlwind cutter, full servo, billet self-adaption multiple-spindle continuous feeding system, centreless high-precise calibration, composite error compensation, and other key technologies.In this regard, Sino-heavymach has applied for 10 patents and published two papers.
The machining precision, smoothness, and production efficiency of the finished product by Sino-heavymach’s BPM have reached the same level as it of the BMP imported by Fushun Special Steel. Furthermore, some parameters, such as the feeding precision and processing precision consistency, and finished products straightness, are superior to it of the imported BPM.
The successful research and development of BPM250B will further expand the scope of Sino-heavymach, replacing the related imported equipment.
